Make a reservation

The main data concerning dates, availability, price, options, terms of payment and special conditions of sale applicable to the proposed rate (guarantee policy, cancellation conditions, check-in time…) are presented during the reservation process as described on the site.

Please check the booking details before submitting your request.

Confirmation of your reservation is a contract between you and us it is made when you send us a confirmation with a valid confirmation number that will include the details of your reservation. After receipt, if you consider that certain elements of the confirmation are inaccurate or if you wish to modify certain information, you must contact us directly, as these corrections may not be possible afterwards.

Check-in time is 02pm / check-out time is midday (local time).

All additional costs (e.g. minibar, extra food, etc.) are to be paid directly to the hotel before your departure.

In case of late check-out before 06pm and upon availability, a supplement will be charged. Beyond 06pm, an additional night will be charged. Any late check-out or extension of stay must be requested in advance.

Pay your reservation

Depending on the type of reservation, the total amount of the reservation can then be charged to your credit card at any time between the reservation date and the arrival date.

If you have not paid the total amount of your stay at the time of booking, you will be asked to do so upon arrival at the hotel.


The price of your reservation and the terms of payment, change and cancellation depend on the type of reservation and other factors, and these terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Please note that all rates are subject to availability.

Our prices are set by the hotel according to the booking factors, and can be changed according to supply and demand. The price of your reservation will be confirmed at the time of booking and will not be changed if there is a rate change between the date of your booking and your arrival. The price must always be consulted at the time of the reservation request.

Rates may also change depending on the currency you have selected for payment and possible exchange rate differences.

The rate of your confirmed reservation is subject at all times to correction of errors or changes in the VAT rate or any other changes imposed by the government, as well as changes in the exchange rate depending on the currency.
The breakfast supplement is about 38TND / Person and 19TND / Child.

Stay Tax

The stay tax is never included in the price of the reservation. It is payable at the hotel (3TND/person/night with a maximum of 7 nights paid).

The hotel reserves the right to modify its rates in case of change of taxes by the Tunisian government.


All of the prices and the information on our site and in our marketing documents are accurate; however, errors and changes may happen, and we reserve the full right in such cases to correct the prices and other information.

Please check the current rate and all other details related to your trip before making the reservation.

Modifications from your side

If you wish to make changes to your confirmed reservation, you will need to follow the procedures outlined in your confirmation letter. Despite our efforts to assist you, we regret that we are unable to respond to all requests for changes. If a change can be made, any additional charges will be at your charge. Please also refer to the specific terms and conditions indicated to you at the time of booking.

Cancellation from your side

If you wish to cancel your reservation after it has been confirmed, you will have to follow the procedure indicated in your booking confirmation.

Please note that some reservations are non-refundable. In case of cancellation of a reservation already confirmed, if the cancellation is made before 48 hours from the date of arrival, you will be able to recover the expenses; otherwise the hotel will not make any refund.

Hotel Rules

Reception :

Guests whose clothing is unbecoming and negligent, who behave in a noisy, inappropriate manner while drunk, and which is contrary to morality and public order, may not be received by Adam Hotel Suites.

Any guest wishing to stay at the hotel is required to communicate his or her identity and that of the persons accompanying him or her.

Rooms Occupancy :

It is forbidden for the guest to bring into the room passengers who are not identified by the hotel, unless permission has been granted by the hotel. Likewise, the customer may not reserve a room for a number of people greater than that provided for by the hotel.

Access to the rooms :

Upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed by the hotel, the client cannot demand to occupy the room before 2:00 pm.

A luggage service allows customers to entrust their luggage in exchange for a receipt that will be requested upon return.

Keys :

The room key is a digital key that can be used by the guest but cannot be given to a third party.

The key must be returned to the reception at the time of departure.

Nuisance and respect for other customers :

For the tranquility of the establishment and for the respect and rest of our guests, it is not allowed to make noise, even during the day. Guests who cause any kind of disturbance will be asked to leave the hotel immediately and without refund of their stay.

Responsibilities :

All children are welcome. However, the responsibility for the children is fully assumed by the guest.

For any damage or harm caused voluntarily or involuntarily, the customer will have to reimburse it.

Prohibitions :

Pets are not allowed.

We are a non-smoking hotel, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the entire hotel except in the outdoor areas.
